Write for Horn Theology
We welcome essays from pastors, scholars, students, professionals and practitioners across the Horn and its diaspora. What matters is that the writing is rooted, honest and useful to the region’s public life.
What we look for
- Rooted in the Horn of Africa and its public realities.
- Theologically serious but accessible to a wide readership.
- Constructive and evidence-based.
- Respectful across ethnic, denominational and religious differences.
- Normally between 1,000 and 2,500 words.
- Original, and not submitted elsewhere at the same time.
In exceptional cases — where writing publicly would place an author at risk — a name may be withheld from publication while the editors retain a verified identity privately. Say so in your biography field and we will discuss it with you.
